# Event Start/End

Regulations for event management for admins

## Regular flow

1. Default timeout between event end and next event start should be 30+ minutes.
2. Event start includes - 
   1. Event start smart contract call using Metamask in 1(add and start as a single action) or 2 actions(add and start separately); 
   2. Event announce publication in Events channel <https://t.me/polars_events>
3. Event end includes -&#x20;
   1. &#x20;Event end smart contract call using Metamask.
   2. Event end announce publication in Events channel <https://t.me/polars_events>

## Additional actions

* When event end needed and Metamask does not works event can be ended via smart contract call. Please ask to do it one of admin managers or experienced admins.
* Sometime there is additional request from management to permorm specific actions like informational table fulfilment or whatever else.&#x20;
